Very good lunch buffet for the price!
Gets a 3 for salad bar and buffet variety and the beautiful building. However, we went on a Sunday, Mother's Day lunch buffet and they were busy. One waiter, one trainee, one manager that wasn't seen for the first half of our visit and one woman that came out to clean 3 tables over the course of 45 min. Not one of them had any "hurry" at all. We waited 10 min before we even got our drinks. People stood at the door for 10 minutes or more and there were empty tables. To be honest, I'm not sure what the employees were even doing because tables weren't being picked up, drinks were not refilled and the food was almost nonexistent. Each time I went up to the buffet, there was one pizza, one dessert pizza, no bread sticks, no pasta. I peeked into the kitchen during one trip up. The buffet was all but empty at this point and the oven should have been pushing out pizza and sticks left and right at 1230 on a Sunday with a full dining room. There were 2 pizzas in and there was a woman wiping down the make table. The buffet was never full during our visit and my boyfriend had to go up to the counter to ask the poor clueless trainee for a refill on his soda. Highly disappointed in this place.
Great pizza fast service
First CLEAN Pizza Hut I've been in in a long time! Plus it wasn't absolutely freezing like most restaurants are. The food was good and the server was friendly! Good job Osborne Pizza Hut!!
